Your nonprofit's aspirations and marketing communications team may be out of sync

And it's costing far more than you realize

I help nonprofits unleash the resilience-fueling superpowers of their marketing communications (marcom) team by addressing the root cause friction that’s keeping them underutilized and capacity strained.

Most nonprofits are trying to achieve their goals on an underbuilt, fragile marcom function, and it keeps the "right" results just out of reach.

The nonprofit sector's aspiration-to-marcom gap:

Your org needs:

Growth or expansion

Stronger reputation or influence in your sector

Healthier donor and partner pipelines

Stronger financial resilience

But you have:

A marketing system not yet designed for scale

A fragmented brand and low visibility

Siloed campaigns and messy audience data

A culture that keeps marcom transactional or reactive

This isn’t a gap in talent, team size, or even strategy.
It's a gap in how marcom is set up to operate.

Stop patching the leaks. Build a better marcom operating system.

Too often, nonprofit marcom teams are solving for the wrong problem—hiring more staff to relieve capacity strain when the real problem is solvable workflow friction. Or investing in tech to manage an unwieldy workload, when the deeper issue is a lack of team focus.

I help you pinpoint the root-cause friction keeping your team stuck, so you can focus your energy, budget, and effort where it will actually create traction.

Prior to working with Tiffany, growth was just an aspiration.

Tiffany armed us with the marcom systems, leadership, and internal alignment that made it achievable—while protecting our team's wellbeing in the process.

MEET TIFFANY

Your marcom evolution partner

I’m not an outsider to the social sector, or the unique realities nonprofit marcom teams navigate as expectations outgrow capacity, systems, and resources.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked on the front lines of marketing and communications—as a nonprofit founder, creative executor, agency owner, and marcom leader inside community-based organizations, government, and philanthropy. I’ve sat at the board table, the executive table, and the creative table, and understand the pressure nonprofit leaders face balancing impact, program fidelity, financial resilience, growth, and team wellbeing.

And here’s what I’ve learned: nonprofits with marcom functions that operate as strategic partners are far better positioned to achieve sustained financial resilience and scale their impact—without sacrificing their people’s wellbeing or what you're uniquely positioned to solve. In fact, the right marcom operating model enables this balance by fueling your goals at scale.

My work sits at the intersection of organizational development, systems design, smart growth, and the craft of marketing communications. I help nonprofits build stronger, more resilient marcom functions—creating the conditions for healthier teams, stronger performance, and greater impact.
