HOW IT WORKS
Flexible, real-time access to more than 20 years of marketing communications leadership on your terms
Bring me a strategic problem. We'll think through it together in real time, combining your context with my 20+ years of experience. You'll leave with a solution, roadmap, framework, campaign structure, project scope, or decision you can immediately put into action.
Strategy Sprints are available in half- or full-day formats and can be used for any or all of the following:

Thought Partnership
Get the depth of feedback you crave and that can actually move your creative or strategy work to the next level. Share drafts for offline-feedback, live workshopping, or both.
Project Scoping
Get help landing a tangible scope, timeline, roles, and budget for a big project you keep back-burning—so you can finally move to action.
Solutions Mapping
Get help unpacking a persistent team challenge—from team workflows and operations to sticky relationships or a better use of technology—and a solution that will work.
Creative Co-Design
Live co-design to land a campaign structure, presentation storyboard, website wireframe idea, staffing plan, and any other tangible design problem you're struggling to land.

Whether you're pressure-testing a decision, scoping a major initiative, untangling a persistent challenge, or co-designing a campaign strategy, Strategy Sprints provide focused, actionable progress in a single engagement.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Strategy Sprints are a great fit if:
You need immediate help navigating a tough crisis, staffing challenge, or a tough conversation.
You're feeling stuck on a timely creative problem or campaign design, and could benefit from an outside, experienced perspective to co-design it with you.
You keep back-burnering an important but meaty project and could use help wrapping your head around what's really standing in your way.
You need a partner to translate your marcom vision into tangible, practical action right-sized for your team and budget.
You're tackling a "critical build" project for the first time and know a "been there leader" perspective will help you scope the project properly and avoid costly mistakes.
You're struggling to integrate channels and campaigns and could use an objective lens to help you see the throughline.
